Katie is a licensed real estate agent and acting Business Manager and Listing Specialist for The Durango Team. A Fort Lewis College Business School alumna, Katie has strong ties to Durango and a deep passion for Southwest Colorado and the outdoor-centric lifestyle this community embodies.

After college, Katie and her husband Max moved to Denver for employment opportunities, but always knew they would return to Durango. In 2007 they made this dream a reality and moved back “home”. Before practicing real estate, Katie spent ten years working as a Product Manager for an international financial services company. During this time she earned her MBA and honed her marketing, business management, and innovation skills. In her time away from the office, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons (Miles, Chase, and Carter) enjoying the outdoors.
