First up on September 7th Rob Webster will take the stage in Three Springs for their Concerts in the Plaza Series. From 6-8 pm he will be sharing peace through his electro, acoustic rhythms and sounds. Kirk James performs on the 21st with his originals and covers of blues music. Concerts in the Plaza are free and create a perfect setting for a picnic and refreshments at your own discretion. Bring a blanket, snacks, and beverage to enjoy these amazing musicians! 2021 mars the 27th Annual Durango Autumn Arts Festival hosted by the Durango Arts Center on Second Avenue. Take a stroll and take in the fine art and craftmanship from across the country on September 18 through 19th. You can even support these fantastic artists by purchasing one of their pieces. To finish off the month, Purgatory Resort is putting on the Mountain Marmot Trail Run presented by Animas Surgical Hospital. On September 25th, contestants will start at 9am going up the mountain and back down totaling 12 miles and 1,800 feet elevation gain. It’s a grand feat and celebrated with an after-party at the base with food, refreshments, and fun! The cool air and red, orange, and yellow trees are sure to make this trail run unforgettable.
