To the west of Durango, the town of Mancos flourishes with local businesses and boasts the title “Gateway to Mesa Verde”. The historic town features many amenities and activities from restaurants to trails and lakes. Like Bayfield and Ignacio, there are some intown homes but farm and ranch properties are abundant in the surrounding areas.
